Batting
You can provide your own batting or purchase it from me. I stock Hobbs 80/20 Heirloom (Cotton/Poly blend) batting. Batting is sold by the linear inch. To determine the batting cost for your quilt - please visit the Online Estimate page.
Backing
When possible - the easiest and most cost efficient way to provide quilt backing is to use wide backing fabric which is sold between 104 and 108 inches wide. Some of the online vendors I have used for wide backing are:
Thread
For most quilts - I use 100% cotton threads and I have a wide variety of colors on hand in my studio. I can help you to select just the right one! On my machine - I prefer the following brands:

King Tut Egyptian Cotton

100% extra-long strand Egyptian Cotton. It's low lint and was designed specifically for machine quilting. Available in several solid and variegated color-ways.
Signature Cotton Threads

This is a 3-ply thread with superior strength, luster, and low lint properties.  "Signature Machine Quilting Thread is designed for longarm machine quilting and loved by many home sewers. It provides excellent sewability with multi-directional designs, free motion, and general sewing techniques."  Available in solid and variegated color-ways.
